You must sign this release to move further in the process. You are in no way required to sign, but failure to sign will remove you from our pool of possible contestants.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of my participation in the klatr.com contest:

1. **Assumption of Risk**:

I understand and acknowledge that participating in the game show involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional stress, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

2. **Waiver of Liability**:

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and discharge klatr.com, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the game show, including any injury or damage that may occur to me or my property.

3. **Medical Treatment**:

In the event of any injury or medical emergency during my participation in the game show, I authorize any employee at klatr.com to seek and obtain appropriate medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. **Use of Likeness and Information**:

I grant klatr.com, its owners, affiliates or signees the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and create derivative works of my name, likeness, voice, performance, photographs, videos, and biographical information in connection with the game show, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for promotional, marketing, and other purposes without further compensation.

5. **Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure**:

I agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed to me in connection with the game show, and I will not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of klatr.com.

6. **Compliance with Rules**:

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by klatr.com in connection with the game show. I understand that failure to comply may result in my disqualification from the game show.

7. **Governing Law**:

Release Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Texas.
